- A total of 4 hours of personalized 1:1 support, expert-skilled services, and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique postpartum journey
- Unlimited Voxer support for the first 7 days after your initial evaluation, so you can get your questions answered and feel fully supported

A doula offers personalized and compassionate support throughout the perinatal journey. From prenatal prep to postpartum care, I am dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and informational assistance to enhance the motherhood experience.
